A desulfurizer for anaerobic digestion according to the present invention, in a desulfurizer for anaerobic digestion which combines hydrogen sulfide generated from digestive fluid in an anaerobic digestion tank with oxygen in the air, comprises: outside air supplied by a blower and bio-gas generated in a digestion tank react in a space between a cover and gas vacuole; a fore-end portion of an air inlet injects air to the upper side from an outlet of the cover so that bio-gas in the digestion tank flows to the space between the cover and the gas vacuole with air; and a drawer containing a crystal dropped by reaction of air and bio-gas in the upper part of the cover is opened and closed to one side of the cover. In addition, the present invention can easily remove hydrogen sulfide generated from wastewater in the anaerobic digestion tank.
