A display apparatus with an image pickup apparatus includes a display part which displays an image by display pixels of light transmission, and an image pickup part which is arranged in the back surface of the display part to pickup the object light from an object of the front surface of the display part. The display part is arranged corresponding to the display pixel and has phase control parts of light transmission. The phase control parts of light transmission have different thicknesses which are in the light axis direction of the transmitted object light. The phase control part of the same thickness is arranged with a preset period. |
