The dumpster has an assembly formed by a hook and a cam suspended to a free rotation axle carried by a roof (2). The assembly is arranged such that the hook is either disengaged from an anchoring point (13) secured to the dumpster and/or maintained in open position of the roof beyond a limit angle of the roof with respect to closed position of the roof. The assembly is arranged such that the cam contacts with a control surface (8) of the dumpster and causes rotation of the hook so as to be engaged with the point between the angle and the closed position.
