The architecture (10) has two equipment modules (15) including equipment (20), where inter-connecting data modules (25) and inter-connecting power modules (30) allow flow of data flow and electrical power to the outside of the equipment modules. Each equipment module includes a data plug gateway (35) connected with the data modules, and a data equipment gateway (40) connected to data plug gateway and the data modules. A power plug gateway (50) is connected to the power modules, and a power equipment gateway (55) is connected to the power plug gateway by the power modules.
