Cosmetic composition comprises: a lysate of bacterium belonging to Vitreoscilla sp. ( Vitreoscilla filiformis) in a complete fermentation medium; and anti-dandruff agents consisting of ellagic acid and its ethers and salts, salts of pyrithione, 1-hydroxy-2-pyridone derivatives and/or (poly)sulfides of selenium.
