The present invention relates to a lamination and discharge apparatus for a window film and an ITO touch panel. More specifically, the lamination and discharge apparatus for a window film and an ITO touch panel enables easy and continuous lamination of multiple window films and ITO touch panels and prevent a surface of a provided window film which is laminated with an ITO touch panel from being contaminated with fine dust in the delivery and supply process to shorten production time while enhancing the production efficiency.
