<p>The method involves performing a step of kneading in a baking tank, and a step of lifting of a paste within a baking space (45). A step for manual shaping of a lump of paste is performed outside of a bread machine (40). The lump of paste is lifted and is placed within the baking space for a duration that is higher than 15 minutes. The lump of paste placed in a support (1) is baked within the baking space for a duration that is lower than 1 hour. The step of lifting of the lump is allowed to lie between 20 and 30 minutes. An independent claim is also included for a bread machine.</p> |
