The present invention relates to a machine automatically aligning the fish head direction, which comprises a directional skewed chute (100) for supplying fishes; a two-layer half-moon plate (90) including a bottom belt (93) having the surface with protrusions for aligning the fish head direction; a main bearing housing (50) using an open bearing (51) for minimizing the produced noise and designed to charge oil; and a buffer spring devices (78) for minimizing the reciprocating torsional load. Two aligners (1000) are symmetrically arranged in pair in order to minimize the vibration occurrence, and include devices to reversely rotate a pair of motors (300); multiple pairs of polygonal rollers (200) and brush rollers (201) in order to push the fishes of which the head direction is automatically aligned to the next process; devices automatically separating and discharging ice by passing the fishes whereas discharging the ice mixed with the fishes without passing with an ice discharger (71) equipped on one side of a shaking plate (70); and compact operating devices designed to operate all rollers (200, 201) at the upper part, and a main shaft (40) at the lower part with one reduction motor. |
