#CMT# #/CMT# The system (100) has an electrical energy generator (101) that is ready to provide electric power to an electrical energy consumer (105) or load. An electrical supply regulator (103) is placed between the electrical energy generator and an electrical energy storage device (102) i.e. 12 Volt lead battery. A controller (104) operates in an unballasting mode, and in a ballasting mode in which the electrical supply regulator draws electric power from the electrical energy generator to provide part of the electric power to the electrical energy storage device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Electrical supply system for management of electrical energy in a car (claimed). Can also be used for a fixed machine such as pump or auxiliary electricity generator. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The controller operates in the ballasting mode in which the electrical supply regulator draws electric power from the electrical energy generator to provide part of the electric power to the electrical energy storage device, thus enabling a better operation of the generator with regard to effectiveness, longevity, and ecology. The electric power to the generator is temporarily reduced such that the load functions correctly. The controller operates the unballasting mode so as to reduce fuel consumption, and hence reducing carbon dioxide rejection. The ballasting mode accelerates a heating process for the engine so as to allow the engine to more quickly reach a desired thermal state.
