<p>The device has a conductor cable associated to a holding cable and connected with France electricity and photovoltaic panels for conveying electricity to the device, where the holding cable permanently connects a hot air balloon to ground. An electrical resistor is placed above a nacelle and powered by the panels to heat air contained in the balloon.
