Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing copper powder and copper powder manufactured by same, including: a step for preparing a metal complex including copper; a step for coating the metal complex onto a material; and a step for heat-treating the material coated with the metal complex in a kiln at temperatures of 50-300°C. According to the present invention, without using an organic solvent, the copper powder can be continuously synthesized to earn copper powder having high particle uniformity.
