The present invention relates to a retaining wall structure and a retaining wall panel applied to the same for enabling an end part of a ground reinforcement material such as an anchor or a soil nail to be freely installed and maintained through a part which can be repetitively opened and closed by forming the front side part of the retaining wall panel to be freely and repetitively opened and closed. The present invention as an embodiment for realizing the forementioned is the retaining wall panel which is formed by including: a panel body (110) comprising a front wall (111), a rear wall (112), and a middle wall (113); and an attaching and detaching type protective cap (120). The provided retaining wall panel has: a penetration hole (112a) which is penetrated by an end part of a ground reinforcement material (130) in the rear wall (112); a settlement space part (111a) which is connected with the penetration hole (112a) of the rear wall (112) inside the main body of the middle wall (113) and the front wall (111), is formed to have a larger space than the penetration hole (112a), and is open to the outside of the front wall (111); and the attaching and detaching type protective cap (120) which has a structure for opening or closing the settlement space part (111a) which is open to the outside of the front wall (111).
