PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate diol composition capable of being satisfactorily diluted with water.SOLUTION: The polycarbonate diol composition includes 5-50 mass% of a polyoxyethylene unit having a specific structure and 50-95 mass% of a polycarbonate unit having a specific structure in the molecular chain. In the end structure of the polyoxyethylene unit, one end binds to a carbonate group and the other end binds to a hydroxyl group, and/or the two ends each bind to a carbonate group. The polycarbonate diol composition has a number average molecular weight of 300-10000, and its two ends each are substantially a hydroxyl group. |
