The present invention relates to an interleaved power factor compensation circuit and a power supply including the same. The power factor compensation circuit of the present invention includes a main switch unit including first and second main switches which are switched with a phase difference of 180 degrees to improve a power factor of an input power source; an auxiliary switch unit including first and second auxiliary switches which form transferring paths of surplus power existing before the first and second main switches are operated; and an inductor unit placed between an input power stage to which the input power is applied and the main switch unit and for accumulating energy therein or discharging the accumulated energy therefrom according to a switching operation of the main switch unit; and an auxiliary inductor for controlling an amount of current flowing through the auxiliary switch unit when a switching operation of the auxiliary switch unit is performed.
