<p>The present invention relates to a knob assembly, which improves assembly properties without increasing the number of parts and prevents a knob from departing from a lever. The present invention relates to a knob (1) and lever (2) assembly. The knob comprises a hollow unit (10), which is connected to the lower part in the inside; and an accommodation groove (12), which has a more expanded inner diameter than the inner diameter (D2) of the hollow unit (10) and is formed in the hollow unit. The lever comprises a body unit (20), which has a diameter (D2) corresponding to the inner diameter (D2) of the hollow unit (10); and an settlement groove (22), which is formed in the location corresponding to the settlement groove (22) and has a smaller diameter (D4) than the body unit. A spring clip (3) having an inner diameter, which is larger than the diameter (D4) of the settlement groove and smaller than the diameter (D2) of the body unit (20), and an external diameter (D1), which is larger than the diameter (D2) of the body unit, is inserted in the settlement groove (22) of the lever. Therefore, at the process of putting the lever into the knob, the external diameter of the spring clip is reduced to the size of the inner diameter at the position where the spring clip is in contact with the inner diameter of the hollow unit of the knob. When the spring clip meets the accommodation groove (12) of the knob, the external diameter of the spring clip is expanded again. Therefore, the spring clip is arranged in a space generated by the accommodation groove (12) and the settlement groove (22) and provides clamping force of the knob and the lever.</p> |
