Disclosed is a broadcast receiving device. The broadcast receiving device comprises a storage unit for storing broadcast channel information and information in which user utterance channel name is mapped; a voice receiving unit for receiving user utterance including a channel name; a first communications unit for transmitting the received user utterance to a first server; and a control unit for searching a user utterance channel name corresponding to text information when the text information corresponding to the user utterance from the first server is received from the storage unit, and controlling a channel to be converted into a channel corresponding to the broadcast channel information in which the searched utterance channel name and broadcast channel information are mapped.
