PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oxygen-absorbing multilayer injection compact in which induction is not performed to a metal detection machine, odor development after absorption of oxygen is suppressed, and excellent oxygen-absorbing performance is possessed; and an oxygen-absorbing multilayer container using the same, moreover to provide the oxygen-absorbing multilayer injection compact in which excellent oxygen-absorbing performance is possessed under a wide humidity condition from low humidity to high humidity; and the oxygen-absorbing multilayer container using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an oxygen-absorbing multilayer injection compact that includes: an oxygen-absorbing layer (layer A) that comprises an oxygen-absorbing resin composition that includes a polyester compound, a transition metal catalyst and a thermoplastic resin (a); and a resin layer (layer B) that includes a thermoplastic resin (b). The oxygen-absorbing multilayer injection compact is that where the polyester compound includes a constitutional unit that has at least one tetralin ring.
