PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display which is formed by pasting a light-emitting substrate having an organic EL luminous layer and a color conversion substrate having a color conversion layer using a filling resin, wherein the color conversion substrate that does not give an adverse effect to characteristics of the organic EL element is used. SOLUTION: The organic EL display includes an elusion preventing layer 14 consisting of a transparent UV curing resin or a thermosetting resin to cover the color conversion layer 13, and the refractive index of the elusion preventing layer 14 is equal to that of the filling resin 5 in any wavelength of 450-700 nm or has a value interposed between the refractive indices of the color conversion layer 13 and the filling resin 5. It is preferable that the elusion preventing layer 14 is acrylic resin, methacrylic resin, epoxy-denatured acrylic resin, silicon denatured acrylic resin, or acryl-denatured melamine resin.
