PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure having a locking function necessary for the operation with the necessary minimum number of bolts, and a supporting method. SOLUTION: A fitting component (3) is formed in a plate, and a through hole (3a) is formed therein. A plurality of projection parts (1a, 1b) are formed in a component (1) to be fitted. A fastening member is passed through the through hole (3a) of the fitting component (3), and screwed to one projection part (the boss part 1a).
