摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis adjustment device capable of independently adjusting defocus and positional deviation of a beam radiated to a target. SOLUTION: The optical axis adjustment device of the present invention includes: an optical base; a light receiving/emitting element; an optical component; a reflection member; a target; and a support member. The light receiving/emitting element, the optical component, the reflection member, the target, and the support member are fixed by adhesion or the like and mounted on the optical base. The reflection member is bonded to the support member having been bonded on the optical base and mounted on the optical base.
