PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water concentration measurement instrument and an ozone water concentration measurement method which are capable of accurately measuring an ozone concentration without using any electrolyte.SOLUTION: In an ozone water concentration measurement instrument 100, at least a counter electrode 4 and a working electrode 2 are brought into contact with ozone water being a sample solution S, and a voltage is applied between the counter electrode 4 and the working electrode 2, and a current value under the voltage is measured to compute an ozone concentration of the ozone water. The working electrode 2 comprises a conductive diamond electrode, and a surface area, brought into contact with the ozone water, of the working electrode 2 is within a range of 628 to 392500 μm. |
