PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator which can uniformly apply a coating liquid, and to provide a sticking device which can efficiently perform sticking operation by carrying out a step of uniformly applying an adhesive and a sticking step using the adhesive in a through line.SOLUTION: An applicator includes: an application nozzle which applies a coating liquid to a substrate while reciprocating along a width direction intersecting a carrying direction of the substrate carried in a predetermined direction; and a heating part which heats a part corresponding to a turn position of the reciprocating movement of the application nozzle in the substrate.
