PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control unit capable of increasing current capacity of power supply line while reducing the size thereof.SOLUTION: The power supply control unit has a housing which includes at least: a relay disposed in a power supply line from a commercial AC power source to an electric vehicle to open/close the power supply line; a control circuit that controls the relay; a leakage detection section that detects a power leakage at the electric vehicle side; and a power supply circuit that receives the power supply from the power supply line and generates a predetermined control power. The leakage detection section has a zero-phase current transformer ZCT to detect power leakage on the basis of an imbalance current on the power supply line which goes through the zero-phase current transformer ZCT. The zero-phase current transformer ZCT has insertion pieces 55A and 56A of terminal plates 55 and 56 constituting the power supply line inserted in a central hole, the insertion pieces 55A and 56A being positioned at the positioning section 80 in the central hole.
