PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device having a wear compensation mechanism that can contribute to secure high reliability while restraining manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: The clutch device comprises: pressing load adjusting mechanisms (13, 14); a wear compensation mechanism 3 for compensating for wear amounts of friction materials 20, 21 of a clutch disc 2 by adjusting an interval between a presser plate 19 and the pressing load adjusting mechanisms; and a wear amount detection and storage mechanism 4 for detecting and storing the wear amounts of the friction materials and allowing an adjusting operation with the wear compensation mechanism based on the stored wear amounts. The wear amount detection and storage mechanism comprises: a sensor member 31 that can contact a flywheel and the wear compensation mechanism; a female screw member 33 screwed with the sensor member at a clearance, and restrained from moving to the pressure plate; an energization member 32 for energizing the sensor member; and a rotation force generating member 35 for generating a rotation force so as to move the female member toward the flywheel. |
