PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack capable of preventing curvature of a cell laminate by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 1 includes a restriction mechanism for restricting a cell laminate 100 in a casing 10 so as not to generate curvature in the cell laminate 100. The restriction mechanism includes two inclined planes 121, 122 formed on an outer peripheral part of the cell laminate 100, a support 151 attached to the casing 10 so as to be advanced/retreated to/from an inner wall surface of the casing 10 and abutting its tip on the inclined plane 121, and a support 152 abutting on the inclined plane 122. Both of a first direction to be a normal direction of the inclined plane 121 and a second direction to be a normal direction of the inclined plane 122 are vertical to a lamination direction (Z direction) of a fuel battery cell 110 and an angle formed by the first direction and the second direction is larger than 90 degrees. |
