PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generation device and a hydrogen generation unit in which two or more hydrogen generation cells are arranged by position relation having difference of elevation, and connected in parallel being viewed from electrolyte flow, at the same time, and a problem of hydraulic pressure and a supply amount, and back flow of an electrolyte is solved; and an energy system using the same.SOLUTION: A hydrogen generation device 300 is such that an electrolyte supply opening 10 of a hydrogen generation cell 310 that composes the device is arranged at a position that is higher than that of a gas liquid discharge opening. Further, a flow control device 16 is disposed midstream of an electrolyte supply tube 15 that supplies an electrolyte to the hydrogen generation cell 310, and a back flow prevention apparatus 17 is disposed between two neighboring electrolyte supply tube branch parts in an electrolyte supply main tube 14. |
