PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of providing, to an input image, blur in a vertical direction in a moving picture that occurs when a film is projected by the use of a film projector.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes acquisition means for acquiring images comprising a plurality of frames, cut out means for performing cut-out at a position determined by a random number and in a certain cut-out range to each of the images comprising a plurality of frames; and masking means for superimposing a mask image on the cut-out images. |
