<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discrimination method and device that perform carrier discrimination from a response signal of an ISDN network in order to provide an address converter and its method in a short message service that automatically identifies whether a call originating mobile phone number is using multi-number portability or not from a response signal of the ISDN network by computer and can electronically record currently incoming available addresses of SMS mail in a storage medium.SOLUTION: A carrier discrimination method according to the invention makes a call to a mobile phone number beginning with a prefix "0" identifying a domestic mobile phone number by auto-dialing call origination means connected with an ISDN line network by transmission capability of voice or non-limited digital, obtains its response message result, and discriminates the carrier.</p> |
