PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding method and a grinding device of a glass pane, without wholly imparting a loss time to grinding work, even if dressing work is frequently executed.SOLUTION: This grinding device 1 comprises a dressing device 40 for holding a dresser 41 by a grinding head 2 itself, and the dressing device 40 is provided on a grinding work point A and the opposite side B for grinding the glass pane 5 in a grinding wheel 3, and the dressing device 40 can advance the dressing work of a grinding surface 4 of the grinding wheel 3 anytime, regardless of any state in the grinding work of the glass pane 5 by the grinding head 2, in moving and stopping of not executing the grinding work, since the dresser 41 is pressed down or separated to the grinding surface 4 of the grinding wheel 3 based on a command signal of ON and OFF. Further, the dressing device 40 can interrupt and stop the dressing work. |
