<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor capable of detecting a position of an object to be detected by a simple configuration, and to provide a measuring apparatus and a measuring system.SOLUTION: A probe 10 includes: a substrate 11; four or more ultrasonic arrays 12 provided on a substrate surface; and a delay control unit for controlling a transmission angle of ultrasonic waves transmitted from the ultrasonic arrays 12. The ultrasonic array 12 has a one-dimensional array structure in which a plurality of ultrasonic transducers are disposed along a scanning direction A. The delay control unit delays timing of transmitting ultrasonic waves from each ultrasonic element and controls the transmission angle of the ultrasonic waves transmitted from the ultrasonic arrays 12. The ultrasonic arrays 12, the scanning directions A of which are different from each other, are disposed at positions spaced apart from each other.</p> |
