<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop wire lock tool which prevents oscillation of a drop wire and prevents concentration of stress applied to the drop wire.SOLUTION: The drop wire lock tool is mounted to a drop wire which is drawn from an overhead wire, wound around a support insulator, and connected to a transformer. The drop wire lock tool comprises: a main body part through which the drop wire at an overhead wire side from the overhead wire to the support insulator and at a transformer side from the support insulator to the transformer is inserted; and a position determination part which is connected to the main body part and causes a tension to act on the overhead wire side of the drop wire between the overhead wire and the main body part. The position determination part includes a groove portion which is abutted to a surface of the drop wire at the overhead wire side to lock the overhead wire side of the drop wire between the overhead wire and the main body part in the state where a tensile force acts on the drop wire at the overhead wire side.</p> |
