PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adding a polar group-containing compound to a propylene-based copolymer composition containing a specific propylene-based polymer and a thermoplastic resin in high graft ratio, and manufacture a polar group-containing propylene-based copolymer composition having high graft ratio and high molecular weight, less unreacted residual polar group and excellent in elongation at low cost by using the method.SOLUTION: The method is a method of adding a polar group-containing compound (F) to a propylene-based copolymer composition (X), the copolymer composition (X) contains a propylene-based copolymer (A) of 1 to 50 pts.wt. and a thermoplastic resin (B) of 99 to 50 pts.wt. (the total of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.) and the propylene-based copolymer composition (A) contains a constitutional unit derived from propylene [i] of 50 to 95 mol%, a constitutional unit derivedα-olefin having 2 to 10 carbon atoms excluding propylene [ii] of 4.9 to 49.9 mol%, and a constitutional unit derived from non-conjugated polyene [iii] of 0.1 to 10 mol% (the total of constitutional units [i], [ii] and [iii] is 100 mol%) and satisfies specific requirements (a) and (c).
