PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a deviation in output timing among user terminals when a game is provided using a plurality of user terminals.SOLUTION: An output timing control device includes: an acquisition section which acquires supply timing information showing the timing at which an output control section which supplies output information to an output section which outputs predetermined output information supplies the output information to the output section and detection timing information that a detection part which detects the output timing at which the output part outputs the output information detects; and an output timing control section which calculates the supply timing information on the basis of the supply timing information and detection timing information that the acquisition section acquires, and makes the output control part supply the output information on the basis of the calculated supply timing information.
