PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clearance measurement system capable of measuring an initial clearance between a tip of a moving blade and an inner wall surface of a casing during a turning operation, and a clearance measurement method.SOLUTION: A moving blade 15 brought into point contact with a sphere 35 displaces the sphere 35 and a contactor 33b. A displacement gage 33 detects each of amounts of displacement of the sphere 35 and the contactor 33b by each moving blade 15 brought into point contact with the sphere 35. An operation part computes an initial clearance between a tip of each moving blade 15 and an inner wall surface of a casing by subtracting displacement, corresponding to each moving blade 15, from the length of a known extension part. |
