<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culvert capable of restraining outflow of underground water collected on a top surface from a small outlet portion, an underground water drainage structure and a drainage net using the culvert. <P>SOLUTION: A culvert 5, which is embedded in a downside of an underground water conduit structure body 6a laid underground and collects underground water flowing downward from the conduit structure body 6 to drain, comprises a culvert main body 51 in which a drain channel 71 penetrating in an extension direction is formed, a water collecting opening part 52 connecting a top surface of the culvert main body 51 to the drain channel 71, and a flashing portion 54 protruding over the entire circumference of the top surface of the culvert main body 51. An inside surface of the flashing portion 54 is constituted by inclined plane tilted downward toward the water collecting opening part 52.
