<p>The invention provides a primer, wherein a primary coat capable of being attached with the plastic film and the solidification envelope of a solidification type material equipped with active energy rays at a good productivity can be formed by the primer. The invention provides a primer for the plastic film of solidification envelopes with active energy rays and the plastic film of solidification envelopes with active energy rays. The primer comprises polyester resin (A) containing carboxylate anion group with the content thereof to be 0.3-1.5 mmol/g, an acrylic compound (B) containing at least one carboxylic group anion ionic group (methyl) and a compound (C) containing at least three aziridine bases.</p> |
