PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of reliably performing abnormality determination of a substrate temperature sensor even for one substrate temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device has an abnormality determination section 81 which compares a substrate temperature signal BOARDTEMP obtained from a substrate temperature sensor 83 with an oil temperature signal ATFTEMP which is correlated with a change in a temperature of a substrate 82 and can be obtained from a portion other than the substrate 82. When the oil temperature signal ATFTEMP reaches a first threshold, the abnormality determination section 81 determines whether or not the substrate temperature signal BOARDTEMP obtained from the substrate temperature sensor 83 reaches a second threshold and performs abnormality determination processing of the substrate temperature sensor 83. Thus, the vehicle control device can monitor whether the substrate temperature signal BOARDTEMP obtained from one substrate temperature sensor 83 installed on the substrate 82 changes normally and thereby reliably performing abnormality determination of the substrate temperature sensor 83. |
