PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image cache memory device and a semiconductor integrated circuit which can reduce time and hardware cost required for cache processing by reducing the number of tags.SOLUTION: An image cache memory device (1) performing cache processing of image data includes: a cache buffer (12) that stores cache data in units of rectangular blocks RB including a plurality of rectangularly-arranged pixels; a cache tag unit (13) that stores a tag corresponding to a rectangular block group BG including the plurality of rectangular blocks; a comparison unit (14) that performs comparison for the tag stored in the cache tag unit; and a control unit (11) that performs the cache processing by controlling the cache buffer, cache tag unit, and the comparison unit. |
