PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement charge/discharge which reduces time required for the charge/discharge and a burden on a battery.SOLUTION: A power control circuit 12-1 comprises: an adder-subtracter 31 for generating a new voltage commend obtained by adding a pulse command to a voltage command; a voltage control amplifier 32 for generating a voltage command Vc based on the new voltage command; and a current limiter 35 for setting an upper limit value H obtained by reflecting the voltage command Vc. The power control circuit 12-1 performs charge from a power converter 11 to a battery 20 or discharge of power of the battery 20 by taking a current command Ic generated by a current control amplifier 34 as a current command Itr, when performing CC control; and controls the power converter 11 by taking the upper limit value H for limiting a command to being equal to or lower than the current command Ic as the current command Itr, when performing pulse CV control. Thereby, when performing the pulse CV control, the power control circuit 12-1 can increase charge current and the like by making the current command Itr follow the upper limit value H, making current change along a reduction curve by constant voltage control, and making charge/discharge power change in a pulse shape. |
