PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of selecting a network available for communication on each flow even when the connection between a packet transfer section and a transmission control section is disconnected.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus which uses a network control system of a flow unit includes: one or more communication interfaces; a communication stack which has one or more channel tables; a packet transfer section that transfers a received packet; a transmission control section that controls the operation of a packet transfer section. When the connection between the packet transfer section and the transmission control section is disconnected and when the packet transfer through the packet transfer section and the transmission control section gets impossible, the communication apparatus switches the channel table which is used for controlling the channel by the communication stack.
