PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel inspection system and inspection method capable of performing accurate wiring inspection.SOLUTION: The display panel inspection system includes a display panel and an inspection probe for inspecting wirings of the display panel. The display panel includes a plurality of wirings arranged in parallel. An inspection pad contacting with the inspection probe is formed on each of the plurality of wirings. In a gap between adjacent inspection pads, a support part is formed which is electrically insulated with the plurality of wirings. The inspection probe has an arcuate or polygonal tip part. The radius of the tip part is larger than the gap of the inspection pads.
