PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce whole size of a vehicular drive device including an inverter device.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a drive device for hybrid vehicles. Respective rotation axes A1, A2, A3 of a rotation electric machinery MG, a gear mechanism C, and a differential gear DF are disposed to form a triangle. A capacitor 36 of an inverter device 3 is disposed to overlap with the gear mechanism C viewed from a direction parallel to a first reference surface R1 between a second reference surface R2 and a third reference surface R3, and a conversion unit 31 is disposed to overlap with the gear mechanism C and the capacitor 36 viewed from a direction orthogonal to the first reference surface R1. |
