PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of an air-conditioner in which both operation control for distributing the operation load by temporarily ahead of time schedule, and demand control can be performed, in order to suppress lowering of comfort due to demand control.SOLUTION: Upon receiving a demand alarm signal originated from a demand monitor 51, a demand controller 50 not only performs demand control, but also determines whether or not demand control is required by predicting future increase in power usage based on the accumulated data in the past. When a determination is made that demand control is required, the operation schedule time can be advanced to a time zone ahead of the time zone of demand time limit where origination of the demand alarm signal from the demand monitor 51 is predicted. |
