PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reliance.SOLUTION: An island-shaped first resin layer is formed on a first support substrate, and a display element part and a mount part are formed on the first resin layer, and a protection layer extending from an end of the first resin layer along the mount part over the first support substrate is disposed, thereby a first substrate is prepared. A second resin layer is formed on a second support substrate, then a color filter layer facing the display element part is formed on the second resin layer, thereby a second substrate is prepared. Then the first and second substrates are stuck, the display element part and the color filter layer are adhered, and laser beam is radiated to the second substrate. The second support substrate is peeled from the second resin layer, and a flexible printing circuit board facing the protection layer is mounted on the mount part. Then, laser beam is radiated to the first substrate, and the first support substrate is peeled from the first resin layer. Thereby a display device is produced. |
