PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of correcting a bus voltage after stepping up so as to increase the voltage when the stepped-up bus voltage is lower than a target voltage.SOLUTION: A control device 20 includes: a converter circuit 7 converting an AC voltage into a bus voltage that is a DC voltage; a bus-voltage step-up circuit 8 stepping up the bus voltage; a bus-voltage detection circuit 10 detecting a voltage value of the bus voltage after stepping up; an inverter circuit 9 converting the bus voltage after stepping up into an AC voltage having a predetermined frequency and outputting the AC voltage; and a control board 2 controlling the bus-voltage step-up circuit 8 so that a detection value of the bus-voltage detection circuit 10 becomes a target voltage. The control device 20 further includes a bus-voltage detection circuit 11 detecting a voltage value of the bus voltage after stepping up. When the relationship between a detection value V1 of the bus-voltage detection circuit 10 and a detection value V2 of the bus-voltage detection circuit 11 is V1>V2, the control board 2 corrects the target value on the basis of the value of (V1-V2).
