<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a faster switch changeover time without using a high capacity capacitor.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor switch circuit comprising: a high frequency switch circuit 101 having a common terminal 33 and two individual terminals 31, 32, and configured such that the individual terminals 31, 32 are selectively connected to the common terminal 33 by FETs 1, 2 disposed in correspondence with the individual terminals 31, 32, respectively; a logic control circuit 104 for outputting drive control signals to control the FETs 1, 2 on/off in response to an external control signal supplied from without; and changeover acceleration circuits 102, 103 for connecting and short-circuiting loading resistors 7a-3, 7b-3 of the logic control circuit 104, the changeover acceleration circuits 102, 103 are configured to changeably connect and short-circuit the loading resistors 7a-3, 7b-3 disposed in an output stage of the logic control circuit 104 according as the FETs 1, 2 are turned on/off.</p> |
