<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption for clock transmission, in an isolated data transmission device for transmitting data and clock from a primary circuit side to a secondary circuit side which are electrically isolated.SOLUTION: An isolated data transmission device includes a primary side circuit provided with a clock generation part, a data output part for outputting transmission data at a constant period, a NOP bit addition part for adding a NOP bit fixed as 1 at the beginning of the transmission data, and a modulation part for generating isolated transmission data by modulating the transmission data having the added NOP bit by a carrier wave based on the clock in ASK 100% modulation, and a secondary side circuit provided with an isolated transmission channel and a clock regeneration part for extracting reference clock from the isolated transmission data. The clock regeneration part includes an RS-FF and a timer, where the isolated transmission data is as a set input of the RS-FF, an output signal of the timer is as a reset input of the RS-FF, and an output of the RS-FF is used as the reference clock and as a start trigger of the timer.</p> |
