<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic permeability detector that detects the permeability of a predetermined space on the basis of the frequency of signals output from an LC oscillation circuit including a coil formed on a substrate in a plane pattern according to the permeability of the predetermined space, and to protect the coil.SOLUTION: There is provided a magnetic permeability detector that outputs signals with a frequency according to the permeability of a predetermined space, and includes a coil that is formed on a substrate in a plane pattern and the inductance of which changes according to the permeability of the predetermined space, a capacitor that is connected with the coil so as to constitute a resonant current loop, an output terminal that outputs signals according to the potential of a part of the resonant current loop, and an adhesion layer that is provided to cover the range on the substrate where the coil is formed and fixes the magnetic permeability detector while the coil formation surface is arranged opposite to the predetermined space.</p> |
