<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking type protruding-retreating device capable of giving rigidity higher than the rigidity of a structure per se in which blocks are stacked in a columnar shape in a columnar part.SOLUTION: Blocks 14 in a square cylinder shape fixed alternately to both right-side and left-side connection chains 16 are fed out while being stacked in a confluent part 23, such that one columnar part 13 protrudes. The columnar part 13 retreats by being pulled back while being separated in the order from a base-side block 14. In the process if stacking the blocks 14 in the confluent part 23, a cam plate 34 protruding from the block 14 is abutted to an abutting block 35 of the neighboring block 14 and retracts to the inside of the block 14 against an energizing force of a spring 33. At such a time, a shaft part 51 moves along a cam hole 34a, such that a pusher 31 protrudes from an insertion hole 14c, and a free link part 47 of the connection chain 16 is pushed out of the inside, thereby applying a tensile force to the connection chain 16.</p> |
