PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expiratory pressure-measuring device that facilitates acquisition of measurement information equivalent to vital capacity and achieve reduced psychological resistance when measuring expiratory pressure of a subject.SOLUTION: An expiratory pressure-measuring device comprises: a conduit member 20 that has one end provided with a blowing section 21 allowing expired air to be blown thereinto, has the another end provided with an adjusting hole section 26 allowing the expired air to be blown out, has an intermediate part provided with an expired-air intake 23 allowing communication of the expired air and has a delay mechanism 24 which is provided between the adjusting hole section 26 and the expired-air intake 23 and delays blowout of the expired air at the adjusting hole section 26 blocked in an initial state; a pressure detection unit 30 that is coupled to the expired-air intake 23 and detects a pressure in the conduit member 20; and a calculation unit 40 that is connected to the pressure detection unit 30 and calculates integrated expiratory pressure information by temporally integrating expired-air detection data to be obtained from the pressure detection unit 30.
